Welcome to Teen Health and Hijabs, a unique fitness initiative designed specifically for Muslim teen girls. Our mission is to create a supportive and culturally respectful environment where young women can stay active, build confidence, and foster lifelong healthy habits.

Why Teen Health and Hijabs?

We understand the challenges that many Muslim girls face when it comes to participating in physical activities. Concerns about modesty, privacy, and finding a comfortable space can often make it difficult to stay engaged in fitness and sports. That’s why we’ve created Teen Health and Hijabs—a program that addresses these needs while encouraging physical well-being and personal growth.

  • Safe and Private Space: Our sessions are held in a women-only environment, ensuring that all participants can exercise freely and confidently without compromising their values.

  • Culturally Respectful Atmosphere: From the modest dress code to the soothing sounds of nasheeds in the background, every detail of our program is designed to align with your cultural and religious beliefs.

  • Engaging Workouts: We offer a variety of fitness activities tailored specifically for teen girls, from fun group exercises to individual fitness challenges. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to take it to the next level, our sessions are designed to be both enjoyable and effective.

  • Supportive Community: Join a group of like-minded peers who are also committed to health and wellness. Our program fosters a sense of community, where friendships are formed, and everyone is encouraged to support each other.

  • Halal Environment: We prioritise creating a halal environment where every aspect of the program, including the music and the activities, is mindful of Islamic principles.

Join Us

We invite all Muslim teen girls to join our fully funded Teen Health and Hijabs sessions, starting from 14th August. Whether you’re looking to stay active, meet new friends, or simply enjoy some time focusing on yourself, our program is here for you.

When: Every Saturday at 12 PM

Where: New Beginnings Personal Training and Wellness Facility, Unit 2, Davidson House, East Common Lane, Scunthorpe, DN16 1DD
