Teen Fitness Sessions
Our teen fitness sessions offer safe, supportive spaces tailored to diverse needs: Unity Fitness for LGBTQIA+ teens, Teen Health and Hijab for young Muslim girls, I Am BeYoutiful for girls building confidence and body positivity, and Teen Boys for strength and resilience.
Each session empowers teens to embrace fitness, build connections, and develop lifelong healthy habits. Together, we're creating an inclusive community where every young person can thrive.
I Am BeYoutiful
Our "I Am BeYoutiful" sessions are designed specifically for teenage girls aged 11-16, offering a supportive space to build both physical fitness and self-confidence. These sessions focus on embracing individuality and breaking away from the pressures of perfection often found in social media, school, and peer groups. Here, girls can safely explore strength, movement, and wellness without fear of judgment, allowing them to develop resilience, self-respect, and a positive body image.
Each session includes a variety of exercises, from cardio and strength training to flexibility and functional movement, helping participants gain a well-rounded approach to fitness. Our trainers provide guidance on using gym equipment and performing exercises safely and effectively, empowering girls to feel confident and capable. Through "I Am BeYoutiful," we aim to foster a strong sense of self-worth and belonging, encouraging each young woman to celebrate her unique qualities, build lasting friendships, and develop a love for fitness that supports her holistic well-being.

Gym and Fitness
Our Teen Boys sessions provide a dynamic environment where young men aged 11-16 can explore fitness, build strength, and develop confidence. These sessions are designed to meet the specific interests and needs of teenage boys, offering structured workouts that cover cardio, strength training, and functional fitness. Participants learn how to use gym equipment safely and effectively, working on exercises that improve endurance, agility, and muscle development.
Beyond physical fitness, these sessions focus on building self-esteem and resilience. In a supportive and positive atmosphere, boys are encouraged to challenge themselves, set goals, and learn the value of consistency and teamwork. Each workout also provides a chance for them to connect with peers, building camaraderie and a sense of community. Our aim is to foster a strong, positive relationship with fitness that promotes both physical and mental well-being, empowering each participant to grow and thrive.
Unity Fitness: Teen LGBTQIA+ Sessions
Unity Fitness: Teen LGBTQIA+ Sessions are inclusive, affirming workout sessions created specifically for LGBTQIA+ teens aged 11-16. These sessions offer a supportive space for young people to explore fitness, build strength, and improve their health while connecting with others who share similar experiences and values. Each session is guided by a qualified trainer and features a mix of exercises, from strength training to cardio and flexibility work, ensuring a balanced and enjoyable workout for all fitness levels.
Beyond physical fitness, Unity Fitness focuses on fostering a positive, judgement-free environment where teens can feel safe, empowered, and celebrated for who they are. Participants have the chance to develop their confidence, learn new skills, and build lasting friendships. These sessions are an invitation to embrace wellness holistically, prioritising both body and mind, and creating a community that supports every individual’s journey.
Teen Health & Hijabs
Our Teen Health and Hijab sessions are specially designed fitness classes for teenage Muslim girls aged 11-16, providing a culturally sensitive space for exercise and wellness. These sessions are led by female trainers who create a comfortable environment for young women to engage in physical fitness while respecting their cultural values. Each session offers a mix of exercises, including strength training, cardio, and flexibility, tailored to help participants develop strength, endurance, and confidence.
Alongside fitness, Teen Health and Hijab sessions also emphasise health education, empowering young women with knowledge about fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness. With a focus on building a supportive community, these sessions aim to create a positive space where participants can connect with others who understand their unique needs and experiences. Teen Health and Hijab is about embracing fitness in a way that aligns with personal and cultural values, fostering both physical health and a sense of belonging.
