Our Dads and Kids Fitness Sessions are designed to provide a fun, inclusive space for dads and their children to exercise, play, and spend quality time together. These weekly sessions allow dads to be active role models in their children’s lives while building healthy habits as a family.
Each session is guided by our experienced trainers and packed with age-appropriate exercises, games, and activities that will keep everyone engaged. From fun circuits to partner challenges, every workout is crafted to be enjoyable, safe, and suitable for all fitness levels.
