Health & Hijabs is a unique fitness program designed for Muslim women and children, offering a culturally respectful, women-only space to stay active and healthy. With supportive trainers, family-friendly sessions, and a dedicated mini-gym for kids, Health & Hijabs provides a welcoming environment for all fitness levels.
From group workouts to one-on-one guidance, each session respects Islamic values, with nasheeds in the background and a halal environment. Health & Hijabs empowers women and their families to build lifelong healthy habits, foster connections, and enjoy fitness in a safe, inclusive community.
Dad's and Kid's Sessions

Our Dad & Kids Gym Sessions are a unique opportunity for dads and their children to get active together in a supportive, fun, and energising environment! These sessions are designed to strengthen not only muscles but also the bond between fathers and their kids through shared fitness activities.
In each 45-minute session, dads and kids will engage in a variety of exercises and games that promote teamwork, coordination, and fitness skills suitable for all levels. From strength-building exercises to playful challenges, our goal is to create a positive space where families can work out, laugh, and grow together.
These sessions are fully funded—no cost involved—so there’s no need to register. Just show up, join in, and enjoy quality time with your kids while building healthy habits that will last a lifetime!
Teen Fitness Sessions

Our teen fitness sessions offer safe, supportive spaces tailored to diverse needs: Unity Fitness for LGBTQIA+ teens, Teen Health and Hijab for young Muslim girls, I Am BeYoutiful for girls building confidence and body positivity, and Teen Boys for strength and resilience.
Each session empowers teens to embrace fitness, build connections, and develop lifelong healthy habits.
