Valentin Moyo

Teen Coach and Emotional Intelligence and Vulnerability Coach

Hi I’m Valentin, I’m someone who’s had a pretty varied career, jumping between different industries but always finding ways to help people. I started out in law, then moved into teaching, coaching, and advocacy—basically, anywhere I could use my skills in communication, problem-solving, and building people up. I love learning new things and adapting to different challenges, whether that’s helping pensioners navigate financial support, coaching people to build confidence, or hosting conversations about men’s mental health on my podcast. No matter what I do, I aim to connect with people, support them, and make a positive impact.

Valentin's Education and Qualifications:

  • Law degree from Northumbria University (2018)

Certifications & Training:

  • TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language)

  • Train the Trainer CPD (2019)

Currently working on:

  • ICF Coaching Certification

  • CIPD Level 5 Diploma

What I'm good at:

  • Helping people grow – Whether it’s coaching, mentoring, or just listening, I love helping people build confidence and navigate challenges.

  • Speaking & connecting – I host a podcast, speak at events, and run community discussions about mental health.

  • Making things easier to understand – From teaching kids to explaining legal processes, I have a knack for breaking things down in a way that makes sense.

  • Problem-solving – Whether it’s sorting out financial support for vulnerable people or helping someone reframe their mindset, I enjoy figuring things out.

  • Adapting to different situations – I’ve worked in legal offices, classrooms, remote environments, and people’s homes, and I’m comfortable wearing many hats.

Where I have made a difference:

  • Coaching & Personal Growth – Helping clients feel more confident, shift their perspectives, and make real changes in their lives.

  • Mental Health Awareness – My podcast, Men Are Human Too, has reached a global audience, ranking in the top 25% for shares and top 200 in the UK’s Mental Health category.

  • Teaching & Training – Supported students, mentored new teachers, and helped create positive learning environments.

  • Legal & Financial Support – Managed over 60 property transactions and now help people access benefits, reduce energy costs, and improve their financial stability.

  • Community Building – Running open conversations about men’s mental health through my forum, Open MENtality, and hosting local events.

At the heart of everything I do, I just want to help people feel more supported, understood, and empowered to improve their lives.
