At The MoveMENt with New Beginnings CIC, we know that wellness goes beyond the gym. Our Monthly Walk and Talk sessions offer a welcoming space to enjoy the outdoors, connect with others, and experience the many benefits of movement and conversation. These relaxed, guided walks bring our community together to share stories, offer support, and get some light exercise—all in a calm, natural setting.
